Planning your holiday visit should be seamless and joyful. Here are answers to common questions about booking, preparation, and what to expect during a visit.

How far in advance should I book my holiday appearance?

Prime weekend dates in November and December fill up rapidly. We recommend securing your reservation as early in the autumn as possible to guarantee your preferred time slot.

What areas do you serve for in-person visits?

KrisKringling is based in Dallas, Texas, and proudly serves the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. Special travel arrangements can be coordinated upon request.

Can Santa deliver gifts during the visit?

Yes. Hosts can coordinate dropping off wrapped and clearly labeled gifts outside before Santa enters, allowing him to pull them from his sack for each child.

What happens during a typical home visit?

A typical 30-to-60-minute visit includes a grand entrance, friendly conversation with each guest, traditional storybook reading, singing holiday songs, and plenty of photo opportunities.

Are you available for corporate and public events?

Yes. KrisKringling performs at company galas, client mixers, parades, school assemblies, and retail meet-and-greets of any scale.

Can we take our own photos and videos?

Unless a professional photographer has been booked, absolutely. KrisKringling loves taking "Elfies"!
